I think I must have some hot keys enabled too. I'll have to work out how to get rid of them. Sorry about your fridge/freezer/ceiling problems. Hope it all gets sorted out soon.

Sounds like a sitcom. We have our frig in the laundry room because dh bought it in spite of me telling him it would not fit in the place where the old frig was unless we destroyed some cabinets and there was no way that was going to happen. So frig in laundry room and freezer in kitchen. I am going to be in so much trouble if I get any more forgetful than I am already and put Blue bell in the frig instead of the freezer. LOL! Hope tomorrow goes better for you. The easy button is next to the hot key so be careful!

Ginger, I could me doing that. ;) Life is nuts. This house also fights me every step of doing anything, I think it wants to stay in the 60's. I'm off to the grocery this am so I have fruits and veggies for the week and a few other staples. Then to clean up the mess from tearing apart the laundry's ceiling so I can actually do laundry. The extra frig is sitting in middle of my garage for now, can't get the car in. I don't think we have any severe weather predicted as the extra frig is not moving as least until next weekend.

sorry your going through trying times my friend....try to find a positive point in your day and focus on that ...a professor of mine had us do an exercise where when like if we got a ticket etc...something negative we had to not tell anyone and act like we won the lottery and just be happy laugh and cut up it was very very hard but actually it works...it would create more of a positive type energy drawn our way as if I had spoke on the ticket or something that upset me my day would continue to draw negative energy and it became worse..I do hope that it turns around for you also your in my prayers now that it does sweetie..xoxoxo huge hugs ;)

Oh the joy's of owning a home... where everything one wants to do takes twice as long and costs 3x as much as originally planned. Add to that is the fact that technology (ie hotkeys) is evil and WILL troll you at every opportunity. Hang in there and beat the gremlins back one by one!

Yep BACK..BACK...BACK..we had a leak a few weeks ago from the upstairs bathroom that is directly over the whole entertainment center in our family room and it killed the large screen entertain center the hot the DVR system etc...had no clue until the Direct tv went out... it was a slow leak the seal around pipe where tub and pipe connects cracked and broke off.. It finally was all fixed..insurance paid for it all... we now have a new system ..had plumbers..dry wall contractors..painters...agents here...it became stressful...but I stayed positive and joked constantly and remembered there was some people who had homes that were under water due to floods ..it did help to look at it that way...its still an aggravation though;)

Well done, Maxie for putting things in perspective. I really liked that! :) Jeri, we live by Murphy's Law around here. What can go wrong will ... eventually. LMAO!!! You and my husband would get along well. He says nothing is ever easy for him. He gets it right eventually. Actually I think you are doing quite well. You are handling all the probs (and there will always be with an older house) and doing it well. It just takes time to work out the kinks. Big Hugs!
