Not as much done as I would have liked today. I do have some food ready for the week so all good. A lentil "meatloaf", a baba ganoush, roasted garbanzo beans, a butternut squash cooked, greens washed/chopped and ready for morning smoothie. Still things to do. A 3 day work week as have Thurs and Fri off.
