Arrevanthas's Journal, 08 April 2018

It's been a rough week and I am not too sure why. Regardless of that, I am not going to beat myself up over it because in all honesty, that is very counterproductive. It was rough, I'm going to roll with it and just keep on going. I have a better idea of how I want to do things and I have gotten the help of my fiance who also wants to start being healthier and workout more. While I have my main goal...I am going to focus on one day at a time. My goal today is to fast until noon and then, even though I can eat, keep it reasonably portioned. I have to remind myself that it is okay to be a little bit hungry. I am going to try to pay attention to my body better and get some workouts in later today after I finish my homework.

So relatable. It's all about continuing forward no matter what, no matter what, no matter how silly we feel or how many times things didn't turn out on the timeline we'd hoped. Being a student and losing weight at the same time is tough!! I feel you! Have hope, take courage. :) ❤

A fiancé, children and homework is a lot on a person's plate. A small weight gain doesn't always been fat gain. Water weight, monthly fluctuations, etc. Usually with a fiancé it is easy to gain weight :) Also with children! Great that your fiancé is teaming up with you! Enjoy your workouts!

When I'm fasting, which is every day, I just keep pushing my window back. I know I'm not going to eat before noon, so when noon comes and goes I decide I'll wait another hour, get busy with something, and when that hour passes move it back another hour, so forth and so on until I've made it till six or seven in the evening, have my one meal of the day, or not, and start back over. It works well for me.

Great to have the fiancé’s support. Women’s weight can fluctuate almost 5-8 lbs just with water depending on time in the cycle. So I never worry much. Just keep on with your WOE, eat healthy and live healthy and eat reasonable portions and the test will follow. LOL 🙋🏻
