So I am pretty excited. Intermitten fasting has been wonderful for me and was a great way to fight off the bloat. I was using last week as a trial run to see if I can manage the fast while at work and I was successful. Wednesday and Thursday were a little challenging but I managed somehow. So pretty proud about that and I definitely noticed that I felt so different...like not so heavy if that makes sense. So yeah...pretty excited for things to come.

On another note, I am really trying hard to convince my fiance to join FatSecret as opposed to MyFitnessPal. I am not sure if he will or not but yeah. What I love about FS is all the support that you get...like it's more personal than MFP. But the fact that MFP isn't so personal might appeal to my fiance...I dunno. Either way, I love it here and plan to keep using this site for my journey. :)

I get you sweetie sometimes you just feel weighed down ...and when you fast it just makes you feel lighter and more energetic...I too love it here I have met so many wonderful and sweet people on here but I have friends on myfitnesspal too that love it there its just individualized to your liking ...well have a Super Sunday and continued success with your plan on feeling better my friend;)

my husband is all about his myfitnesspal too... We keep trying to convert each other lol I'm starting to work in some IF too and I just feel so much better in the morning when I don't eat after 830 or so. I started with 10am to 9pm but I'm shrinking it down slowly and I'm at about 11am till 8or so pm. Glad you're feeling good !! makes stayingnon track sooo much easier !!

Maxie4 - I used to MFP a lot because it would sync with my fitbit but when I came back here and remembered just how supportive everyone is here, I was like, why did I leave?! Not saying there is anything wrong with MFP but it just really wasn't for me. VMartens14 - I pretty much fast from 830 pm (after my last meal) up to 12-1230 pm. I try to keep at least 16 hours between my last meal and when I eat again. So far, it's been pretty successful. My fiance is going to be trying the same thing as well.

Yep sometime just getting love through it all will take the cake.. and we need someone to take the cake...;)
