Thank You I'm a Chef by trade, looks impressive but this was incredibly easy to make, I had it done in 15 minutes. Keto and Intermittent Fasting have been so fantastic. Besides the weight, my overall health has increased exponentially! Mental Clarity, attitude and overall well being has been nothing short of Miraculous. After only a month I've stop taking Diabetes blood sugar medication, as well as 2 powerful opioid pain killers. I suffer from Stage 4 Polycystic Kidney Disease. I lost my Left kidney a year and a half ago and the Right is Barley functioning, forcing me to do Dialysis 4.5hrs 3 times a week. I was in incredibly bad shape. Mentally and Physically. But tgasts all turned 180°
After I hit my goal weight, I plan on writing a Keto Gourmet Cookbook that focuses on value meals being done under 15-20. The dishes I make, are all easy, it's mostly about proper technique. Very excited!

Incredible healing Chef Martin. I second your opinion, as I have also noticed a lot of healing going on in by body. No need for glasses anymore. Muscle and joint pain down to near zero. Strong nails and fuller hair with more color. No more need for herbs for a strong junior. The list go on. Keto for life, and your book is one that I would buy for sure.
