GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD Morning FS Family.

Today is make it count Monday. Back to the office and back to a sustainable 10K per day in steps spread out in 9 hours that I am usually here.

Repeating a new protocol I started last week so here it goes:

Weight changes
2/5 Mon 4:45 AM 210.2 lbs (Down 3.2 since last Monday)

1/29 Mon 4:45 AM 213.4 lbs - 9:00 PM 216.2 lbs
1/30 Tue 4:45 AM 214.2 lbs - 9:00 PM 214.8 lbs ((Completed a 23 1/2 hr S.D.F))
1/31 Wed 4:45 AM 211.4 lbs - 9:00 PM 210.8 lbs
2/1 Thu 4:45 AM 209.8 lbs - 9:00 PM 209.6 lbs ((another 23 hr S.D.F completed))
2/2 Fri 4:45 AM 208 lbs - 9:00 PM 209.6 lbs

Off I go! I probably will do an official FS weight entry this week.

Thanks Gary, Bill and Steven. Heading home and I am up 20% with my weekday average daily steps today. I would have been content with 10K but I took advantage of a cancelled afternoon meeting with another quick walk outside.
