Looks like we are on the same wavelength this morning! Up at 0200, in the gym by 0230, 2 miles on the TM, upper body strength, showered and at work by 0430! Lets kick the day's tail!

Been up since 3:30a Ches...12 hr nursing day for me and I'm even prepared today I had alsobrought a gallon of water ...need to get my o2 in :)

Thanx, Maxie & Mom. OMG, now all of a sudden I'm sleepy and it's only 8 AM. "Coffee, where are you?" Look at that 7,135 steps in. #WINNING.

I took for awhile something called Candisol by Bairn Biologics. It evaporates or destroys the yeast wall. No die off. I was also eating no sugars, fruit sugas limited foods, no fermented like cheese or mushrooms. You can starve it so it won't multiply but you need something to kill it like the supplements or garlic. Rutabaga. (Yummy chopped and boiled, drain ,add butter.)
