36..feels like 32..good Sunday morning...just came in from a 13 mile ride...hit my 80 mile ave for the week...as I got layered up this morning for my ride..all kinds of excuses entered my mind...as an hour before I left on ride it was raining...streets were wet...but I layered up..an went out in cold...wow...first mile or 2...i was thinking....you left a nice warm house to ride...but longer I rode..more it was all worth it...

I had beacon turned on..on my strava..my friend mike was following my ride...my phone died and he came to last place he saw me...to check on me...so that works great..

need to get up an fix a salad for my meal later...not even hungry..not ate since noon yesterday...so nice to be in control of food for a change...

need to get up an moving...hve a great sunday...

Just very impressed my you sir...may I inquire your age... your bio states that you are older..Im just curious... I'm not a spring chicken myself I'm 58..hubbys 62 in a few weeks but still very active... of course nothing at all compared to you.. thanks everyone...i just miss riding outside...to many cold days...inside trainer is nice...but outside rides are better
