Weekend - Did workouts - and got a bonus in that I wasn't expecting/planning on. My parents live in the country, and have a long driveway. It was on said driveway that I experienced about 25 cows out of their pasture and enjoying grazing nearly in my parents front yard. Commence dialing - fortunately my cousin and his fiance' were close by. The three of us begain what could be considered our town's version of running with the bulls...yet it was running - attempting to herd the ladies in a direction that the majority did eventually go where they were supposed to - it was just the 8 that didn't want to have anything to do with the right direction. Cows have Matrix moves people. Took an hour, but the deed got done. :) **NOTE** This was an extreme cardio exercise - lots of running, jogging, dead run, sudden stop, turning and twisting. And with each initial start of a dead run I thought "I'm in pretty good shape." And then I would continue to run and I was sucking wind! Repeat this series several times. One good note - my recovery time was faster - I would only suck wind for just a few moments and then I was back in the game. So I was tickled about that. The tick who I found snacking on my side later that evening...ick. I strongly dislike ticks. Hazards of being part country girl I guess.
Yesterday - Core Synergetics...in the Lean workout Tony loves him some Core Synergetics. I'm learning too.... Today - Cardio X - was a welcome sight, up until the Core Synergetics part. CRAZY! I did it - got through it.
