chase about 25 cows to try to get them back in their pasture....cows had some Matrix moves! My recovery time is faster...i was shortwinded after about 10 minutes of fast jog/bolt of running at max speed to cut off cows running in the wrong direction. I so wish there was a video. All this in my work clothes-thankfully I had some tennis shoes in the trunk...the wedge sandals or barefoot wouldnt have worked! Found 1 tick afterwards...crazy hour!
