Today is the first day I will be attending the gym! I’m excited and scared at the same time! This is my weak link of a healthy lifestyle. I just need to fall in love with the process and enjoy the results as they come. I think I always discouraged myself for the silliest reasons like sweating in front of people, being the biggest one there, the pain (which is crazy cause I’m tatted and pierced) or just not getting the results!!!

Hey!! I hope your gym day went well!!! My sister keeps asking me to go with her, but I am so scared to be looked at that I keep saying no. Congrats on getting out there and getting it!!! GO YOU!!!!

Thank you.... it was actually AWESOME! EOS GYM has a lot of great features that I like. There are little rooms that are set apart from the main floor for people like myself that want to workout and live a healthier life, but are challenged with the start! There is a room where you can watch a movie in a dark room and ride miles on a stationary bike. I was in a smaller room that only had a few machines and free weights. I did 40min on the treadmill and worked on my arms. I was so proud of myself and thankful that I wasn't my worst enemy anymore! When I walked out there were two guys standing out there in the front I overheard them talking about football and how their coach was demanding. As I kept walking to my car one of them yelled "Hey miss its good to see you here good job in there, and keep coming back" That was the highlight of my day!!! I was smiling from ear to ear!! By the way, I will keep going back! My gum days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday!

Once you start you'll love it. It makes me feel so much better and it helps with stress. That's a huge thing for me. Best of luck with it.

That's just wonderful. I'm so glad you had a good experience. The gym is my favorite place to go. So as not to feel pressure I always go with the attitude that I only have to do as much or as little as I want to and then once I start I always challenge myself. My gym has a dark movie room too. My husband absolutely loves that. He can go in there and walk for two hours while watching a movie. Exercise is so important. It greatly improves your metabolism and your lung and heart function. I'm so proud of you. Keep up the great work.

I can relate. I don't like to exercise, sweat, etc etc, I am using the excuse now that I don't have a gym close by. But that will change in the 2 couple months there is a 24 workout gym opening which is on my way to & from work. So now I'm stressing about it and its not even open yet!

Take one workout at a time - any movement is good movement. Start small so you can adjust, I started by walking 10 minutes! You can do it!
