Today is the first day I will be attending the gym! I’m excited and scared at the same time! This is my weak link of a healthy lifestyle. I just need to fall in love with the process and enjoy the results as they come. I think I always discouraged myself for the silliest reasons like sweating in front of people, being the biggest one there, the pain (which is crazy cause I’m tatted and pierced) or just not getting the results!!!

So I've been doing my Keto diet with intermittent fasting since 1/11 I've lost 9lbs so far. I need to start working out now. I believe I've lost more than that, but I will weigh again on Thursday. The getting moving is the part I struggle with. I know once I do I will be a beast in the gym and I will see the shedding of pounds. I don't know if I'm just mentally checked out in this area or what... Any suggestions??

I don't want to be consumed by this beast... Does anyone understand where I'm coming from? I just want to live my life straight keto and feel good and be good! I honestly don't miss the other stuff. I know I've only incorporated keto into my life what 7 days ago... But I've been a yo-yo dieter for as long as I can remember. I just want peace the kind of activity that I enjoy like a walk on the beach or camping with friends. I hate going to the gym or sweating in front of people... I feel like the sweat is just so much more than normal.... Dang! I know I'm just running at the mouth but I'm a little frustrated, but a lot more determined to get this weight off. I am going to take my baby girl to Disneyland this summer. I have 6 months to show myself what I'm made of!!! Thanks for listening....
