Day5: just woke up to another drop?! Is this for real? I do remember the first time I tried out the ketogenic woe that I lost 17lbs in a few short weeks before I hit a major stall around 4weeks in...

I would be really stoked if 17lbs decided to fall off again real quickly. Trying to not get my hopes up though...

Time to make the fam bfast and head to Costco...

Happy Sunday FS fam, hope you all have a lovely day. And don’t forget I wanna see some silly selfies in my feed.

I have the answer to a stall. U eat only 6 apples throughout one day. Drinking water only as needed to quench thirst. It works!!! I promise!

I couldn’t eat that many apples... TMI but even eating one full apple upsets my stomach... I only eat an apple if I’m constipated 🙈🤷‍♀️ But my stalls usually last a week and I do have a few new plans for this round of keto... going to be switching up my foods, adding a little variety and also more fiber...

Watch Dr. berg on You Tube. he has many videos on IF and ketosis, as well as working through plateaus. Let me know if he helps. I watch refreshers every day, and it helps me stay focused.

I personally do not follow Dr. Berg, a chiropractor. He says a lot of odd things, as far as I understand keto.

Great Job!

I like Dr. Berg. For all we knew he has devoted more time studying nutrition than a nutritionist. He has patients and he can see what works for them, he has the experience. I also like the way that he tells people that they should go slowly if they are interested in IF. Keto seems to work for a lot of people and they seem happy. In the end we choose what works for us!

@maxie4 @charlotte and @annMarnae I have probably taken medical advice from less qualified people! Lol 😂 I’m always open to new info so I’ll check it out.

Check out Dr. Berg’s resume and read Dr. Jason Fung and some others. The things they are saying aren’t all so different from the parts I’ve listened to. 🤷🏻‍♀️As always you have to figure it out for yourself.
