Was well into ketosis right after Christmas and then got derailed by the flu. I cannot remember being that sick in forever. All I wanted was my comfort foods. Ramen noodles, chocolate ice cream, and gallons of orange juice were all I wanted. Finally over it for the most part and getting back on track today.
