One of my new favorite easy meals, ground meat, mayo, pickles (or relish), mustard and cheese. Zero carbs! I like to use this meal as dinner after I “run out” of carbs during a day or if for breaking fast if I plan a bigger or unknown dinner.

@runningjoe.... I guess, lol but I was making the family tacos but don’t eat the beans, salsa or tortilla... so I used the taco meat and made a “burger bowl”. Sour cream and cheese didn’t sound as yummy as this. I have to make do with what I can from the meals I cook for my family. I usually one side and the main meat dish are keto friendly.

This is awesome! I wish I hadn't recently learned that I am allergic to cucumbers because I LOVE pickles and they are so low in everything calorie/diet related lol Sometimes I just go for it if I'm having the midnight munchies and just follow it with a dose of Pepto before heading to bed haha

Oh no, a cucumber allergy wouldn’t be fun. I recently learned that cucumber seed and peel contain cucurbitacin which can cause upset stomachs, so usually I peel and seed them, but I love pickles.

Love this. I've thought alot about keto instead of just counting calories. I'm trying to learn about what foods have how many carbs and all that good stuff. I've never paid attention to it. I just ate whatever I wanted. So i love seeing the food pictures, it gives me ideas for me.

I make pickles from veggies I like, radishes, carrots, zucchini, cauliflower. Great reminder to eat them up!

@Abbadabba I like pickled and fermented everything (well there are probably a lot of exceptions). I got a pickling set, but it went way wrong!!
