So my husband and I like Pumpkin stuff, I decided to make a Pumpkin bar I saw on Pinterest, when I bake stuff from "Keto" web pages I'm always leery about the sugar levels, some people have a REALLY sweet tooth (I don't). These were wonderful! A little taste of pumpkin, a little sweet (I did a little less sweetener then they called for, and I'm glad I did it was plenty sweet). Now I want to see how they freeze, if they do well I'm extremely happy with the results. Good size pieces too for 3 carbs.
