Well, another week and another pound + down - this is the lowest I've weighed in Years! Hubby is also down 21 lbs and he cheats A LOT! Which kind of pisses me off. I record, exercise and agonize over meals, he eats what I make and cheats yet looses over 20! :-(
232.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I completely agree about husbands , men and thin friends and sisters.....but am bolstered by Keto WOE and what I have been given . Brain clarity: "Comparisons are odious at best!" H D Theroux. I have also found Bars, Bakeries and Buffets are still around...Nuts to them/it all. I am on a different path now! Be well, live , prosper and KETO on! My best to you.

I admire you for keeping p the good fight. It's hard enough to stay the course living alone, I can't imagine trying to do it with a partner who loses so easily.
