I get your point, Mohammed, as in Turkey Ham will be quite salty (along with the cured sausage and olives), but I'd say it's still a very nutritious and delicious meal as it is. Sometimes you just need the salty hit to feel satisfied (better than going for a sugary hit!). @Phoenix - I'd demolish that!
