I use 2 tracking apps, wish one did it all!
FatSecret tracks total carbs and lets me set nutrient targets; but Atkins Carb Tracker shows my net carbs.

Being able to track net carbs on Fatsecret is what drew me here from Myfitnesspal. I am liking the setup so far, still playing with settings and the different sections :D
