Interesting Keto Tip, Sugar Alcohols have Net Carbs. Mattering on the type of sugar alcohol used. The trick companies use is that the sugar alcohol is not "completely" absorbed and there for is removed from impact carb category in the equation Total Carb - Fiber - Sugar alcohols = Net/Impact Carbs. So if you keep dropping out of Ketosis and are using alternative sweeteners. This may be why.*Pic from Ketodietapp dot com*

Good point, Sirfico. Everyone is different, but the sugar alcohols play havoc with my blood sugar whether not what the net carbs are. Watch all those delicious sweets that boast about the low carbs with the sugar alcohol products! Also, some people's brains interpret and sweetener as simple sugar and the body can react the same as if you ate sugar.

I've found my 'sweet spot' (pun intended) with a stevia-erythritol blend called Pyure. I use it sparingly, but it sure makes my bulletproof coffee yummy!
