Hey ya'll, just a quickie here. How is ya'll's morning? I woke up today with a strange desire to weigh myself. I just felt a little lighter and less jiggly, so I thought what the heck, couldn't hurt!
!38.6!!! I am so happy! My goal was 139 by New Years! Now there is no way I am going to slip up at these two upcoming Christmas parties. I'm even contemplating not haviing a cheat day on Christmas! But we'll see about that one. Those cookies do sound scrumpdiddillyumptious. :) YeeHAW!

Great job lotus, you can't drop much faster safely. The timing is great because, as you say, you don't want mess it up with binge eating during the holidays (I've been struggling). Keep up the good work!

Bravo for you, bravo! I had a goal to hit 139 (to get under that 140 mark) by New Years Day. I couldn't believe I actually gained weight this week by meal skipping last week (my stupid body, like I'm really starving). So I had to work really hard to get back to where I was, now I'll be lucky to hit that ever elusive 139 mark. I know what a great feeling that is, I am so happy for you! You deserve to put on the sexiest little dress you can find and show off your hard work and effort and new body! You go girl!
