Never go into a supermarket while in the middle of a fast.
48 hrs of fasting broke with and incredible dinner and my numbers for the day were:

Fat Carbs Net C Prot Cals
103.49 10.66 10.66 76.15 1365

This is a win. While shopping, I put back many items in my basket that would have easily put me back to last week's house of excess carbs I lived in.

Between Sun 8/13 and Sat 8/19, I consumed 792.38 grams of carbs. That's right, a whopping daily avg of 113.19 grams of carbs. This Monday, my weight was 212.4 and this evening before eating, 207.6

Getting everything in control and I have no regrets. So glad I am logging.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

Thanks all. Having some bad insomnia tonight. Slept from 11:10 PM to 2:03 AM after this initial journal entry. May take a sick day soon and rest / run / rest then eat in the evening. We'll see.

Logging with a food scale was definitely a vital tool in my weight loss and continues to be so in maintenance. Keep Grinding Ches you got this.

Great carb reduction...think we have all removed items from our shopping carts as the carb alarm goes off in our heads! You have got this...just keep your head in the game!
