I had a major stress induced pig out last night. So today I'm starting all over again. At some point I'm going to run out of "do-overs".
Spring is coming - I need to refocus.

You and me both Buffy!! I just can't seem to maintain the momentum to get my weight going down again - everyday is good for a restart though, at least it helps you maintain and not go up!

We never run out of "do-overs"... and we never give up hope :) Life has it's ups and downs and we have to give ourselves the freedom to deal with these issues... you're just fine :)

Hey, if I can travel the country in a semi for two weeks straight,eat every meal in a gas station or restaurant,gain five pounds, and still get do-overs,we all stand a better chance of helping our bodies get healthier. we're human!

We NEVER can run out of do-overs...no siree, we can't! That's my opinion, for what it's worth! Re-focus & trying again is just one of those cold hard facts of life for me. I am working on coming to terms with that...that's an ongoing process, somedays easier than others & yesterday you just had a tough one. You owned up to it, acknowledged it & now you are moving on for a better day today...you can do it, we'll all try together.

This is life and life sometimes does this to us. As Paula said, we can't go back and change yesterday. Just get back on track and you'll be past that little speed bump in your journey. We all have done it and we all have had our share of do-overs.

Skip doing anything over again...just go forward! Now isn't that a much happier thought? Stress is a major bugaboo on any WOE, but I know you'll find your answers. After all....didn't you just find the answer to your question of what to use as a substitute for instant oatmeal? You'll work your way through this as well. Spring's a'comin' and so is a brand new outlook.
