Woke at 218.8, up 1.6 from yesterday. Woke up with a fever so I won't be going into work today. Went back to bed and broke the fever but not going to stand all day as I did yesterday because my legs filled with so much water they looked like tree trunks! Doctor's office tomorrow so I am going to ask for a prescription for a water flushing med. The holistic things I've tried can't compete with the chemicals I'm fighting. UPDATE: Worked all day but in a sitting position. I did launder the bedsheets because I soaked them with sweat while breaking the fever this morning. Ate a bit over 1500 calories to catch up some more. Weighed exactly 218.8 before dinner! The second day in a row for matching exactly my waking weigh in. Did get some movement today. Trying some new supplements today to attack estrogen dominance and to flush out. Will record and discuss later. Going to the airport right now to pick up Denise, who has been in Boston at a National Education Association convention this weekend. My honey was just elected as secretary of the arts education caucus. Pretty cool!
