Stupid asthma.. I can do exercise without coughing and chocking. It hurts and I get dizzy.
And it's so cold out,the air is killing me just as much.
I'll hope next week will go better

J'espère que vous sentir mieux très vite, je mange tout le tzatziki-je le temps cela se répercute sur votre journal alimentaire. C'est génial sur pita grillé (Ma mère était le grec et j'ai été élevée par sa to love it)

hey he is very good in french huh? I do love tzatziki and alot of other greek food. mediteranean food is on top of my list. I love the real greek pita,not the paper thin one.. Jessy,oui,je suis de Mtl.. Plus exactement des Laurentides.. :)

Exercise in doors and use your inhaler 15 minutes before a workout. I have problems with allergies and asthma too.
