Or keep the healthy whole grain bread and it will give you great results if your macros are on. Limiting healthy foods is a fad diet paramvirsingh.

You carb haters minds would blow if you see what I eat when I cut. If you guys are struggling with energy you need to up the carbs. If you don't do anything all day you may not need the carbs. The only thing that you need to lose weight is a calorie deficit. Whole grain bread is not like the doughnuts you all eat when your glucose bottoms out and you go on a junk binge from depriving yourselves on your fad diet.

I make my own bread using almond, coconut, or flax meal. I have read where wheat is not good for you unless you can find some that was grown before the chemical companies started playing with the seeds.

Yeah, here we go again. Of course just pointing it out will make it my fault, so there's that.

Different strokes for different folks. Some people thrive on whole grains, others can't tolerate that much carbs. We can respect our differences and different preferences. I do believe that we have very different metabolisms. If you think about the people you know, they vary a lot, yes!

RcKc is right! Run your own course and let others run there's! If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all!
