Woke at 207.2, up 2.6 from yesterday after drinking three large glasses of red wine last night. Only got 4 hours of sleep too. Not going to do IF day today as we are going out for lunch at work. But will do meat and veggies only. UPDATE: Had a wonderful lunch at work but meetings all day prevented a lot of walking. Got a great calorie burn for what I did, however. Ended up at 2.7 miles for the day. Pre-dinner weigh in was 207.4, so the water weight is hanging on. I was afraid alcohol was the culprit. It obviously was one of the things that changed when I went into the hospital and lost the weight. Will have to moderate a bit! Did OK on eating, Now that I am back at work, I’m may have to move my Wednesday IF day to Mondays (I will still work from home on Mondays and Fridays).
