did fine all day and was on track to a perfect day and I mean perfect diet and excersise and then the kid ordered pizza.. logged it but annoyed with myself for giving in.. remind me of this mess up when Im whining in a few days about no loss. MEH..

Thoroughly understand....I had a great doctor's visit today so celebrated with a dish of low carb ice cream...I am sure I won't see a loss this week either!!!

I totally get that, too. When I am in the loss mode it sometimes motivates me to continue hardcore (like now...) but then there are moments when I have lost and then I think I get a "reward." What is it people say...we are not dogs, so we do get to reward good behavior with food! Hang with it - you are one of the most tenacious people I know.
