its interesting how the universe can sometimes work against you and life throws you so many curve balls. I could not sleep at night. I mean up till midnight (even after 2 melatonin and I like to wake up at 5 am). And as soon as I started to fall deep into it- crash- our a/c craps out and we heard some huge loud bang. Yes again. I mean un-effin real. We rent an apt and have had a issue with this a/c every darn year. We dont move bc my son is 19 and will be transferring to another college soon (he is finishing community college in May) so we are just sticking it out until then so we can downsize and avoiding 2 separate moving fees. Its 7:20 am and we are waiting on emergency maintenance to come by. Anyway, this has nothing to do with diet and exercise other than I did not go to gym.. couldn't on 5 hours of sleep. I need at least 6. AND of course, stress makes me stress eat. BUT, Im not letting this get in my way today. Im maintaining at 198 and want 197 so bad this week. So I took some advice from yesterdays post and since I made my lunch last night, I already logged it for today so I know how many carbs I have left to work with for breakfast and dinner. Need to do something with my kale before it goes bad. AND i plan on doing 100 crunches and tricep extension with my 10lb weights I have hear at home and then Ill walk on the treadmill at work for an hour. There is no sense is crying "defeat" today. I WILL stay under 25 net carbs and I will get 11k in steps. I will not feel sorry for myself and over eat-sometimes if I dont cheat, I still eat way over my carb limit- which makes me feel gross. Crossing my fingers and doing a rain dance they get this a/c fixed fast. Have a great day everyone !!

ya so some days it gets up to 88f and other days it can be around 50 f. We have a "cold" front rolling in so today was windy and cool 68-71 but yesterday it was almost 80 so that makes the house stuffy. And this bs weather keeps us nice and sick all the time. haha one day it was 83 in the afternoon and by nightfall it was 23.. I almost died. ahha
