Meatloaf broccoli and cauliflower for dinner! I ate it all up. They brought a yogurt too but that's going back. It's too bad they have to stick sugar in all that stuff.

Bill I am a actually enjoying your food pics, dinner looks great. I hope you are getting plenty of rest. How long are you there for? Do you go to rehab center afterwords, or is it day day by day...make sure your etc your meals..remember hospitals are giving you legal portions. People like me struggling with diet is because of overeating portions..I am getting more exercise and working on a new plan.
