around the first of June 2016 I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. At the time I was not watching anything I ate, also did not eat extremely poorly IMO. But I had in the past, and did very little physical activities. At my heaviest I was 298lb, but several years ago by watching what I ate I dropped down to 253lb and have been there for about 10 years now. With this new diagnosis I have decided it time to do something positive. I now watch everything I eat and exercise, each day I try to learn something new about living better.

only been using fs for less then a month myself, and I do the same, I use it track input and output. Personally I would keep all no keep separate logs for 1 simple reason, you are not 2 people. It's not like things you do at the gym don't have positive affects on the person that sits at a desk all day. Just find a status you honesty fits the you as person, not just 1 aspect of your life.
