Woot woot!! I reached my goal!! Now I have to reach my next goal of getting some exercise! I feel so much more energetic that I actually want to exercise. It's just a matter of breaking old habits and rearranging my habitual priorities. I think I need a work out buddy.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
