Wow - I actually got tearful looking at your progress! I am truly happy for you! 

And I was skeeerred as hell to wear that sweater to the office party! Figured I might get shanked! HAH! no, Angie got this for me, my love, and I am happy to wear a LG, thats' right, it was JUST a LG, NO 6x,5x,4x,3x,2x,1x a LARGE! 

wow....what a trasnformation...something to be very proud of...awesome... 

Great job there, Ron! You will very appreciate the rewards. Keep it up, or down, I should say.

Ron, Ron, Ron! I am in such awe. Look at you in that Christmas sweater ... a Large???? You have truly transformed into a new man from your first picture. I am so proud of you. I remember when you first started on FatSecret. You and your wife are such a winning team! I am waiting for that day when I can go to the "normal" women's clothes and just buy a large top off the rack. Thank you for sharing your successes and your recipes, too. You are a winner!  

I know riiight..... NEVER would have believed 6x to LG in 10 months! Never would have believed in REMOVING all these meds I've been on for the last 5 years! Just never......I hope all that need to believe and are able to try this WOE can succeed! Just keeping my sugars in check and dropping ALL these damn meds is worth it to me! EVERYTHING else, just icing on my cake! Thanx everyone, keep on reaching for that star! It will be within your grasp soon! 1minute, 1hour, 1day, 1week, 1month, just keep going! Life is beautiful!!! (The Military Chaplain fell out about my sweater, and just teased me ALL day at the party! Followed me around to do it! Anytime there was a question, "Let's get God's Gift to do it!, Can't you see, he's a Gift!" It was a fun day! I only came in 3rd at the "sweater contest", but hey, my bag was full of votes!! Made my day!) Rock on my FS friends! 2016 is just SO VERY Merry for me and my Family!  

Now, that's a good looking Christmas present!
