Did a review of my weekly journal/log (spiral notebook). I completed 4 out of my 5 pre-planned work outs. I got in all my planned steps except for one day. SO the one day I didn't work out I still got my steps. Diet wise I forgot to log 2 days,and only stayed under my net carbs two out of the 7 days. I had one cheat day too (yesterday) when I went to movies with my bff (had a pita with hummus). SOOO with that said, I really really need to buckle down this next week. I need to log everything and stay under my projected carbs/net carbs and get all those work outs in.. even on Thanksgiving (i can walk in park across the street). Im seeing my dr every week for allergy shots so Im keeping my weight in day the same, either Wednesday or Thursdays bc I threw my old sh!tty scale out.That way its accurate. Ill deal with buying a scale later. Have a great Sunday evening every one.
