The weight is coming off very slow now since that was my 100th pound!
I have to stick to my proteins from chicken Greek yogurt (brand Fage) low fat cottage cheese and some nuts for a nut. LOL
250.0 lb Lost so far: 81.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
