Daymon's Before and In Between
The first set of pictures are from over a year ago. I weighed 259.8 pounds I think. May as well say 260.
The next set is after having lost about 45 pounds as of the last weigh in of 214.4 pounds Feb 12th 2017.
There's still a ways to go. The trick I've learned is to keep going. To say I'm excited about the next 45 lbs is an understatement.

Trying this again for the 100th time.
I know how you feel. Been at this since 2011, and only now really starting to see significant results. Cut out junk food, and replaced it with healthier stuff I like. No diets. Real simple. Whooda thunk it?
