So it's been about 15 months since I was last here.. Sorry for the long absence. I have opened a new business and my life is overall happier, heavier, and less stressful. Thanks to those who said hi when I was away. I am still alive and well, and think of you all often and with gratitude and fondness.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
