Instant Awakening, part 15
Mind Focus; Relieves physical & emotional pain.
Meditate, then: Focus the mind/awareness forward from a narrow area in front of the face & pushing, which is like a flowing forward of energy, of consciousness. it’s like a low frequency tuning fork of no sound, that you can adjust with the mind searching for the sweet spot that brings immense peace & serenity.
Dag Kargyraa & Sygyt Overtone Singing can be a mirror of this inner search for the sweet spot.
There are no words to describe this succinctly since it’s nothing to do with the 5 senses. We are not so arrogant that we assume nothing exists beyond the five senses, or science & mathematics. Are we? :)
This sweet spot is indescribable, but you will know when you find it. It brings calm ecstasy, at a level unreachable with any drug.
Because it is our true nature.
:)

I do an exercise where I focus my consciousness in the center of my forehead, then expand it to fill my body, then the room, then the house....and so on, until it is somewhere out by the moon, encompassing the world. From that perspective, it's very hard to be upset, angry or petty. It's very calming and invigorating at the same time. Nice post, Bill. Thank you.
