I had a good 1st week on WW. Im learning how to eat again. Everything in moderation. Im learning to read labels now more than ever, taking my time before I put anything in my mouth and choose fruit and veggies above all. It took me a few days to be ok with bread again and bananas but I have to learn to limit those things too. Im doing pretty good at staying under my allowed points so far with only one or two snafu's in 10 days. I really really want to get me some WW books and that's on my list to do's bc I dont like to order books online. I dunno, its something about feeling and smelling the book, lol, reminds me of the elementary school library. Planning for the week. No more crazy meal prep for a while. Ive instead gone back to getting DH involved and we are trying hard to make healthy choices. Memo to me: dont by the WW candies.. they are the same crap and the Atkins fart bars and I have zero control bc they are "allowed". Have a nice Sunday everyone !

Ask for some past Weekly Magazines. Or find them on the WW website. I don't know if you can order them. But the Weekly Magazine is basically what each meeting covers that week. Or stop in a WW Store location and ask if you can get some. I'm glad you're liking it. How are you doing with your activity points? It took me a couple weeks, until I got my fitbit actually, before I had the determination to start fulfilling my activity points.

Pickles, I have no problem with the activity points and i even got over 2x as many as I needed last week . Needed 73 earned 187. I love to wake up and work out. Its my fuel for the rest of the day. Even if its just a small walk,but its always more! Just right now I decided to head to Target and just walked around bought a blouse and earned some steps.:)

You're doing great, Red. I'm so glad you have managed to switch WOE without losing control, and so nice that you can now eat all those foods that are banned on low carb diets, in moderation of course.

Happy to see that this meal plan has daily fruits & veggies. You'll probably find that these (natural) food are way easier to digest than (processed) Fart Bars. Lovin' your enthusiasm in the new WOE!

So glad it's working for you. I liked WW probably should try it again but fear I would miss the good fats that help keep me full. But if things don't start working I may go back. Keep up the good work.
