TGIF from the land of red.. time to get our butts out the door. I got up, made my meals to take to work, had my vitamins and hit the gym. I was running a tad late bc I had to make DH lunch that he ended up forgetting (jerk) hahahaha. But I still got in a stellar leg workout and some cardio. I wanna say for 216 lbs, I do not look or feel it so Imma say a lot of it is muscle under my waves of jelly rolls. SOOO with that said, Im on a mission to up the cardio a bit and plan to shake it up next week at the gym bc this week is over. There is still tomorrow and Sunday though and I can squeeze in an hour or two for sure. Have a super duper awesome healthy happy Friday everyone ! Cheers.
