Yesterday was perfect, then i messed it up.. I ate great and was at my net carb "goal" for the day and then for no real good reason I grabbed a hand full or gummy bears. Im so mad at myself bc its all mental and I have no reason why I ate that sh!t. BUT I logged it and moved on. Not gonna beat myself up over a gummy bear. And today I woke up and just decided I wanted to take it easy and skipped the gym. I plan to clean my house before work bc tonite we rent movies and Ill make up my steps on the treadmill at work. Ive learned that when I try and do too much in one day, I dont succeed. Learning to read those signs and manage my stress levels. I met most of my goals yesterday aside from the gummy bear fiasco but hey I logged them and that was a goal. I had 80 oz of water. Got my walk on, and ate my vitamins and actually had a really productive day at work. Today I plan to :
1. make up my steps at the work treadmill or 30m in the park.
2. Log everything and I mean everything
3. 80 oz of water min
4. Dont cheat.. just make it thru today.. I can do this
5. Have a good day. Dont take things so seriously, get my job done, enjoy my friends and family.

Good job just stay disclipined. Its one day at a time. In 3 months from now you are going to be a diferent person. Perfection is so hard on all of us....I think you did way more good for yourself yesterday than bad, those little gummy bears won't make that much of a difference...you got this!

I had a similar sort of day, did well until bed time and then ate four cookies and don't know why. I feel like I shot myself in the foot, we've got to be stronger.

I have been wanting Red Vines.... Passed them up in the store, so I'm doing good. I'm going to make something with SF gelatin... That may work...
