Good evening my troops first , I would like to apologize for my poor writing skills ,Unfortunately during combat I suffered a traumatic brain injury and alot of wounds and other stuff so my writing skills suffered , 2. I appreciate all the help with the pain I am having with the workouts One body builder said to me he had trouble understanding what I wrote again I hope u guys understand me , earlier I said I would not go to gym however this man told me buy 3 items so I want to update journal while dinner is cooking
1.ginger root
2.turmeric
3.Magnesium
so I drove got it all took it all and ran to gym to lift heavy weights I know last night I thought I had to call 911 and didn't sleep , but I got to try it , I lifted for 1.5 hours non stop heavy Now I will see how tomorrow I feel if good great .
OK along with new gym I get 3 free personal training sessions there is like 20 trainers , I picked the one who looked the meanest lol and said I need to make appointment so 9 am we meeting for assessment . I filled him in I am new here and wanted him and only him but asked him for a favor he said sure I said beat me up during training , try to kill me he looked at me thought I was crazy , I said are u capable of redlining me he said NO one ever said this to me I told him my background and said Dude beat me senseless just not my fake hip or rods in back but I want to work out not like u passing the day I want you to punish me do u understand he laughed said I see u 9 am , so I got to do the body fat bmi deal in am , then make appointment for him to see how far he can push me I want to excell call me crazy its fine I want results before winter I will do what it takes the weight I don't care I want a core and muscles to protect my weak links LOU stay safe comrades loL i NEED TO EAT NOW I ONLY GOT 400 CALORIES IN AND NEED TO GET TO 2000 IN A HOUR LOL , ID LIKE TO SHARE MY NEW RECIPE TOO

I DRINK WHEY PROTEIN ALOT WITH WATER OK I HAD IDEA I GOT ICE CUBE TRAY PUT 150 CALORIES WHEY PROTEIN ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE IT LIKE MUD AND FREEZE IT DUDES ITS LIKE CHOCOLATE LOL LIKE CANDY WITH NO SUGAR JUST WANT TO PASS THIS ON FOR THOSE WHO LIKE SWEETS AND USE WHEY OR WHEY ISOLATE OK 10-4 STAY SAFE

Take time to build up muscle...feel good and reap the benefits. I go to a trainer too and believe me trainers never have to be told to really work you! They enjoy seeing you work and make progress. Good luck!!!!
