MY TROOPS , whooo hooo Pain gone and lost the .5 pound I gain after heavy weight training other day and more , today no gym I think body needs a break , just happy with weight loss but more with pain I tried pain pill testosterone 40 mg I actually stop recording food at 130 am I ate 3k+ clean food thinking it would stop pain , I sleep poor but weight down and pain gone , only time pain occurs is after heavy weight training but I got fake femur, hip and rods in back a trainer said need to go heavy , I switched gym but continued his regime for like 5 times now and pain lasts 2 days where u just cant sit stand does not matter and I doubled calories as he said to build some muscle and it works if pain just stops , I going to buy weight belt to see if supporting weak links help if not got to modify??? and ideas appreciated
212.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Pain is the body's signal to change something - maybe get a second opinion about your weight regime? Sore muscles are different from real pain.

ok thanks this pain is not muscle soreness , day of lifting no pain next 2 days its like dial 911 pain , I got 2nd opinion from neighbor who was in muscle and fitness when I saw him he said ok and got me in his car I was literately crying he said ok we going to his gym and worked me out again . the pain went away he claimed during pain u must keep working it to stop pain , I am not afraid of pain but I am afraid of another hip or back surgury but I want muscle not for looks but to give me a metabolism which I lost during poisoning and to build my weak links and am I getting stronger omg yes but do u guys ever have this pain??? I dont know I today painfree so I know no damage is it cause its new????? I never did heavy lifting in my life he taught me 10 reps 3 sets on 8th rep ant muscle u working must be shaking on 8th rep and by 10 your muscle is sooo fatigued u need to rest 45 seconds to try again , prior i was million reps light weight totally different . I know he was correct about over training and too little calories u cant lose weight some big wor like means eats muscle and body goes in starvation mode , I just hope in time I know either tone it down or body gets used to it and I know here you wonderful people know more

Hi Lou! Great drop! I am most impressed by your persistence, but I am worried about you being in complete agony. Maybe consult with your primary doctor or a doctor who specializes in orthopedics who can evaluate your personal medical circumstances and give you guidance as to how to achieve your goals without risk of further serious injury?
