attempting day 2 of no cheats. Yesterday went well however I felt a little hungry before bed. Its bc I didn't eat enough so today Im going to focus on that.. I used to eat "on schedule" so Im going to try that for a few days to see if that helps. Also, I need to remind myself to refocus my energy when something negative comes my way.. food is not the answer. I would benefit more from a brisk walk when I get pissed or stressed than I would from a cookie or chip.Its mind over matter. I really sat there last night with a fajita taco in my hand and kept saying out loud : dont eat the tortilla, dont eat the tortilla" over and over.. ended up just eating the guac and meat. So, this is me trying to get my act together. Ive at least been waking up really early like I planned so thats a win !! . Have a great day every one !

Come on girl! :) YOU GOT THIS. After day 4 it's easier. I go through the stores and literally say NO as I walk past something that looks good but isn't good for me. :)

Yeah, I can't do much cheese at all these days or I stall. It's like a sweet to me.

I always throw bread and stuff out right away so I don't eat any ... on pizza night there is a stack of pizza crust and a stack of toppings and then I toss all the bread as the kids plead to eat it "there is no bloody reason that you need my crusts" I end up yelling lol

Hunter, thats so funny bc I was just telling my mom how I never buy bread, cereal or whole/ cow's milk and she is like OMG your poor kids (they are 19 and 22).. Im like mom, they cant miss what they dont have.. LOL ! Glad Im not alone .. hehe

lol! I still have to buy some but I'm better at ignoring it... but when I feel weak?? ha ha ha ha no way they get to have toast in the morning! they can have a damn egg like me.

Hunter, my son always buys his own cereal or "snacks" . If he wants it that bad then its on him to buy it LOL. I buy healthy snacks like fruit or low carb tortillas for wraps and me and DH have a saying.. my house isnt a restaurant.. we all eat the same thing.. so far its worked and we have avoided creating picky eaters.. you know those kids.. the ones who only eat dino nuggets and mac and cheese and hate veggies LOL

Ok, survived day two..Im hungry so gonna make some broth to see if that A.takes away the hunger and B.takes away the headache.. But I made it one more day... and thats all that matters. Its bed time anyway.. the broth will feel good.. AND I logged everything... feel pretty proud of myself.. cant wait to get thru the next few days... I am low carb, here me roar !!

Stay with the plan. Sounds like you have the Atkins Flu...low carb, headache. It will pass in a few days. Keep the foods on hand that you can eat and have them ready to snack on. For me it's cooked drumsticks in the freeze or frig. Pop in mico for a quick snack. I also find brushing my teeth helps when the urge to eat is overpowering. Good luck, you are doing great!
