Headed into day 3 of my comeback. Im headed to the store after gym to get two packs of bacon to make some bacon bowls for dinner. I make the "bowls" add the salad and serve on a side of bunless burgers.. Im getting that, a diet soda ( I know ! but it helps with cravings and its only temp) and a redbox for tonite.. I just need to get thru today and tomorrow and I feel Ill be home free... I made a broth last night but ended up turning it into a low carb hot and sour soup (i googled) and so hit the spot.. killed my hunger and headache.. Im so making that a staple. Any, peace and love ! NN, DH got me these "as seen on TV" pans that you can make bacon bowls, used em once and forgot about em .. time to put em to good use !

Yes you got this! I agree! I made a soup broth unintentionally last night as well lol. It was SO good I'm gonna start making it more! It was basically beef stew but without the tomato sauces. More beef stock or bouillon broth. I added stew meat, garlic, onions, green or red pepper, tiny bit of carrots and seasonings. I reccomend! Btw I totally got you on the diet soda. If it's gonna hit the spot and prevent a cheat of carbage lol.... then go for it.
