I'm soooo tired of being fat! What is wrong with me? Why can't I stop eating this craps? What the neck is wrong with my brain? UGH so frustrated and disgusted with myself

Can you clarify? Are you just randomly binging on anything and everything? If so, I'd suggest picking one thing that you will never eat again... potato chips, pop, whatever... just one thing. In another week, add another thing to your list of 'will nots'. It doesn't have to be for an eternity. Just until you start seeing the control that you will need to do this, and you can do this. We're with you. We've all been there.

You're not alone. Everyone on this site is on some kind of journey. Some are lucky to already have that "blue" line...but we will all get there. Keep trying. Perhaps starting something new....a class, a walk, and clean out the "crap" in the refrigerator and pantry so you are not tempted. It will get easier!!! Don't give up. You got this. We are here to help. I'm struggling right now but I'm NOT giving up. I'm just going to try harder!!

The only way I curb my appetite is not eating sugar and restricting carbs.

I find that in the beginning of weight loss, my body will scream at me that I'm starving to death. No, I'm not. Fifty-eight pounds down now, I still have extra fat that my body could live on just fine for days or weeks. I have to gut it out in the beginning, until I get used to the new normal and the hunger pangs subside. Good luck!

I encourage you to learn about the hormones that regulate human hunger. A good starting point is "leptin". As much as we think we can just force ourselves to change and stop the bad habits all of a sudden, its much better to learn why we feel the way we feel. Learn more how your body works and it's much easier to change your habits.

Sadly, I am not eating from hunger. I am eating because it tastes good.

Try drinking a large glass of water (with just a bit of lemon, if you want) very slowly. It will help fill you up and keep your mind off the food. It might also help if you do something creative to keep your hands and mind occupied, something like crochet or knitting is good.

Well, you can do one of two things EDC. Keep eating and get fatter and maybe make it to 50. Or, And I believe this to be the better alternative. Eat to live, make better food choices, eat less, and live. Now if you are serious about losing weight and living longer, say something. We can help you. Yes, I am the blunt one who pulls no punches. But you can take heart in knowing I will NEVER bullshit you. I will ALWAYS give you a fair shake and will never turn my back on you. Like I said, if your ready to really lose weight and turn your life around, say something.
