Fasting: is it true if you stay under 300 calories your body is still in fasting mode? Or is it any solid food? I am assuming coffee and Tea are ok with no additives...

I fast every day eating window of 8 hours and fasting for 16. You can get a way with under 30cals additive in your coffee

I don't think so, maybe 50 cals is max.

300 calories is not fasting. Yes, you can have tea and coffee, but I wouldn't put too much milk or creams...natural sweeteners are ok though
