The caliper gods are shining upon you. My brain works in that similiar fashion. :)

That is sooooo true. Why is that? Shouldn't there be middle ground there? That's a good one, Northern!

that is me to a "T". Nice drop to complement the caliper info...how much fat left for you now Bruce?

You are doing great!! Keep up the good work!

I'm thinking about 5 pounds of fat that I want to shed yet, Steven, by the appearance of things. How that will translate in 'weight', I'm not sure. I'm thinking about 180 ish. Of course, once the cut is over and I'm slightly above maintenance, I think I'll settle up around 4 pounds, so 184 post cut is the goal - then crawling gains to try and feed without gaining too much fat in the process. I'm hoping to get sub 10% and then stay in that area. I'm expecting this to take until the end of June or so. I was around 10% at 165 last time, but I felt horrible. This time I feel quite good though I'm approaching the same point. I think the cycling helps rather than a constant cut. Leptin and Ghrelin levels I think are being maintained.

yep - that's pretty much me. Do you suppose it has something to do with binge eating as well? Like, I either don't eat potato chips or I eat the whole bag.

Oh, yeah! I asked my wife to pick up a bag of Doritos for my binge. I was expecting the individual sized bag. She bought the pound or pound... whatever it is. I was really good. Stuck them in a bowl had them, went to bed... was up at 1AM to eat the rest. :(

Great news and goals Bruce....I'll be watching carefully as I've got about 5 to 15 pounds of fat (hidden pretty well on my tall frame) to lose also....very curious to hear how things work out for you...in a perfect world I'd like to look like MJ and maintain my high CV and endurance levels....but I think that ship sailed for me a decade or two ago... :-) Nice job on those Doritos...Salt & Vinegar chips are my nemesis.

Someone needs a dimmer switch.

No dimmer switches for the OCD group, or as Bruce calls it the CDO group. I'm with Steven and Bruce, this cartoon is me to a T. Congrats, Bruce on all your success.

CDO because the letters are alphabetical (as they should be). Oh, I know. I just sometimes wish I didn't. Good luck.

Actually,i like the old tendency. It can be used to your benefit or detriment. I chose benefit about 90% of the time.

haven't done calipers yet, or any body fat testing for that matter, but want to try. What calipers do you use... don't want to waste money on something that is inaccurate and will give me false hope or despair. LOL

Hey Laura...calipers are great but a cheaper (free) and good alternative is the mirror and good reference pics...If you need reference pics, talk ( PM) to MistyBenner, I know she has some links to a few good sights for female body fat% reference pics.
