Ive been reading up on it and all i get is this diet and exercise crap. Ive been dieting and exercising since July 2014. Im mean, yes I know there is no magic cream to make it all go away. And some of these sights say rub coffee grounds on it. I am not rubbing coffee grounds on my a$$, no matter matter what cosmo says. drink lots of water and try taking molecular iodine in the form of a kelp supplement. I've also struggle with cellulite my whole life. I've read that it is genetic and a symptom of water retention. Let me know if you find anything that works for you!

The only thing I have heard advocated by anyone of repute in this regard is gotu kola, which is advocated by Charles Poliquin. Poliquin is legit. He trains lots of pro athletes. I bought pills and also found cream (in India) after my last cut. Never used. Gained the weight back instead. Links below.

Cellulite sucks, but almost everyone had it. Last week when I was at a suppliers conference I sat through a seminar on active ingredients for cellulite creams. While they have ingredients that can slightly (and temporarily) tighten the skin, no topical stuff can fix it to any significant degree, so don't waste any money on fancy creams.

Solution of strong coffee, collagen powder, and coconut oil applied then wrapped in plastic for 1 hour should help. Depending on where it is, you can use a wonderful trash bag with spandex leggings over it for compression, but do cut a hole for your foot to be free Wouldn't do to slip and break a leg. Won't make it all go away, but helps with excess skin as well.

Red, I bought a book on essential oils and it has recipes for cellulite fighting, toxin eliminating bath soaks, cellulite massage oils. I have been using them a couple times a week for about two months. The biggest change I have noticed is that where the cottage cheese stuff used to be hard, it's soft now, like it is breaking up. The massages may be doing that because it requires pummeling and squeezing the areas.

You're going to hate this advice Red but here goes....long interval resistance training (elliptical) will help a lot...no magic bullet but really great improvement both in leg/butt/thigh fat loss and underlying muscle tone...don't use the arm motion just legs, don't hang onto ie either...try to support your own weight and find a rythm...40 days (about 20 sessions) and you'll see results...diet first and foremost...if you do this be sure to take before and after pics!!! Good luck!!

In the past I have found that walking up steep hills (hills with around an 18% incline) about 3 times a week and clean/healthy eating helped to reduce my cellulite.

a skirted swimsuit could be an option. Land's End, Macy's, and even Miracle Suit have good buys
