my start weight 252.5.... I've lost 18 pounds in just over a month ... feelin good
234.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 84.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow really?. from 252 , you lost 18 pounds in one month. Thats almost 8 kg in a month. Excellent. keep it up. awwww. great work. How did u do it. I am trying different stuffs and always get into frustration. Please guide me. I weigh 224. do u follow any particular diet program or particular exercises, pls share.

spiderman... yes I follow the Low Carb High Fat diet found on www.dietdoctor.com on the website there are videos and information to help you along and understand it. feel free to go on my profile and look at my diet calendar to see what I eat. ..... I keep my carbohydrate intake below 20grams a day. I am no longer going to have any dairy other than butter bease dairy can be snearly. for me anyway. . annddd..... oh I keep my calories unter 1350..... they probably could go lower but I'll ease into that so I don't get too hungry and eat the whole house one day ha ha ha !
